Steve McGovern is the founder and principal of McGovern Executive Search. With more than 22 years in healthcare leadership recruitment and over 200 completed searches, Steve brings a combination of depth, discernment, and disciplined execution that defines the firm’s work.
A graduate of The George Washington University, Steve built MES on a straightforward premise: essential roles deserve the focused attention of a search expert whose experience and industry depth enable a precise understanding of what exceptional leadership looks like.
Outside of the office, Steve is passionate about music, cooking, old-world wine, cycling, and time with friends and family.
